Hours of Operation

As a result of your feedback, Covance would like to take this opportunity to clarify the hours of operation for our global Investigator Support Department.  Covance is available to serve you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with full service during regular operating hours and emergency on-call personnel outside of regular business hours. Our normal business hours are:

Monday:   7AM to 7PM EST US
Tuesday – Friday:  7AM to 8PM EST US
Saturday:  11AM to 7PM EST US

Additionally, it is important to note that no kit orders can be taken by phone after 5PM EST US.  The emergency after hour’s number should not be used for the purpose of placing supply orders.  We encourage you to utilize the web reorder form for all resupply orders.  The address is:

All global contact numbers for Covance Investigator Support are found in section 6 of your Central Laboratory Services Manual.  If you are calling after normal business hours, use prompt #2 to reach Investigator Support on-call personnel.  Please keep in mind, this number is only to be used in the event of emergencies that require immediate attention outside of business hours.
